Cancellation conditions

Benefit from our relaxed cancellation conditions! Up to 7 days before arrival your cancellation is free of charge. In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we charge 90 % of the booking price. We recommend that you take out our travel cancellation insurance, which covers the costs of no-shows or early departures in the event of illness.

General terms and conditions

In case of early departure or late arrival the full room rate will be charged! Cancellations and changes will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation fees according to Austrian hotel regulations. Place of performance and payment is Seefeld.  Place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck. The reservation is only binding after receipt of the deposit within the specified period. You will not be reimbursed for meals not taken! If you arrive during the week, you may change rooms at the weekend.
