FIXING THE RESERVATION

The reservation is fixed if you send us a written confirmation until the day after tomorrow. In case of arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately. We accept cash, EC cards and credit card payment via VISA, Mastercard or AMEX.

However, we would like to point out that a foreign bank transfer may involve high expenses.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Take advantage of our relaxed cancellation conditions! Up to 7 days before arrival, your cancellation will be FREE OF CHARGE! In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we charge 90% of the booking price.

NON REFUNDABLE – SAVE 5%

Pay directly upon booking or up to a maximum of 24 hours afterwards by credit card and you will automatically receive 5% NON REFUNDABLE discount on your stay rate. The booking is NOT refundable anymore free of charge by then. The amount will be withheld in any case no matter when the reservation is cancelled.

SPECIAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Due to the high volume and value of the booking trips within this week, we have special cancellation conditions between 24.12 . and 06.01.

• Up to 1 month before arrival free of charge
• Up to 7 days before arrival we charge 30 % of the travel price
  And from 7 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price

We need a deposit of 30 % of the total price of the reservation until 01.12. for fixation.

We want to point out that a bank transfer can be connected from abroad at high expenses. For this reason, you can also submit your credit card information and we book the amount directly from the credit card!
